📡 Radar Discovery
Activate your personal radar to discover nearby singles. Choose your search radius (500m to 4km) and duration, then browse profiles of people currently near you. Your exact location is never shared — we add a privacy offset to protect everyone.
How to Use
Open the Radar tab and tap "Start Active Search"
Choose your search radius (500m, 1km, 2km, or 4km) and duration
Grant location permission when prompted
Browse nearby profiles and send match requests to people you like
Deactivate radar when you're done searching
⚡ Spark Mode
Enable Spark Mode and choose your notification range (50m, 100m, or 200m). When another user with matching preferences enters your range, you'll both feel a vibration alert. Send a Spark (like a super-like) to show extra interest!
How to Use
Enable Spark Mode in your settings

🎭 Blind Date Mode
Enable Blind Date Mode for a truly authentic dating experience. Photos are hidden from the radar — you'll see only basic info like age, gender, bio, and distance. Get to know someone through conversation first, and reveal your photo when you're ready.
How to Use
Enable Blind Date Mode in your settings
Browse profiles showing only age, gender, bio, and distance
Send a match request and start chatting

🛡️ Safe Date
Safe Date is your built-in safety net. Before a date, assign a trusted guardian who will monitor your real-time location throughout the date. Automatic check-ins ensure you're always accounted for, and an emergency button sends a silent alert if you need help.
How to Use
Add a trusted guardian (must be a registered NearbyLove user)
Before your date, tap "Start Safe Date" and enter meeting details
Set your check-in interval (every 30 min, 1 hour, or 2 hours)
Your guardian sees your real-time location on a map
Respond to check-in prompts during your date
Use the emergency button if you ever feel unsafe
End the session when your date is over
🎵 VibeSwipe
Select your current vibe or mood, then swipe through a curated feed of profiles matching that energy. Swipe right to like, left to pass. When there's a mutual match, you can start chatting immediately with an auto-generated ice breaker.

🎧 Voice Dating
Record and publish a voice dating intro that stays active until you replace or delete it. Browse up to 15 voice intros daily from other users. When you hear someone interesting, send a voice response. It's speed dating for the modern age.

Create a date session by setting your availability, location, and interests. Or browse sessions created by others near you. Express interest, match, and meet up. Perfect for spontaneous dates or planned evenings out.

Choose "Available Now" or "Plan a Date"

💬 Private Messaging
Once matched, enjoy full messaging capabilities including text messages, voice recordings, and photo sharing. All conversations are stored locally for offline access, and real-time notifications keep you connected.
